Kari Needham, M.A., LPC-MHSP

Kari is a Licensed Professional Counselor with the state of Tennessee and has been in private practice since August of 2011. She continues to be passionate about walking with people as they endeavor to change painful life patterns, heal from difficult life experiences and restore broken relationships. Kari has been trained in the trauma based treatment EMDR (level I & II), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy and has been certified to administer the Prepare/Enrich assessment.
Her areas of clinical focus include: Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, Couple’s Counseling, Women’s Issues, Attachment and Bonding Difficulties, Infertility and Adoption Related Issues. Kari is a member of the American Counseling Association and the Nashville Area Association of Christian Counselors.
